In fact, they’ll guide your session.
If they want to do something or go somewhere specific (as long as it’s safe of course), we’ll do it! If they don’t want to do something, we’ll skip it. If they need to nurse or need a diaper change, we’ll take a break.
Your kids are the truest version of themselves when they’re free to play and when they have their parents’ undivided attention. So chase your babies—jump, twirl, snuggle, tickle, and laugh until the sun goes down. Simply be present with your people, and I'll document it all.
How do I keep your kids from running wild? I don't.
Don't worry, I’m showing up whole-heartedly for your family, ready to…
Save the day with snacks, baby wipes, bandaids, and a Mary Poppins level of last minute necessities
Find a location that is both beautiful and meaningful to you
Make styling and coordinating outfits that are true to your style feel effortless
Become best friends with your toddler and hold your baby when you need an extra set of hands
Incorporate activities that are important to your fam into the session
Provide gentle guidance when you need it with games and prompts
Even during our newborn session, when I was still adjusting to life after having a baby and not feeling quite like myself, Jillian somehow made me feel confident and look incredible. I feel incredibly grateful to have found a photographer I can always count on to capture our family’s most special moments!
- Jasmine F.
Her gift is one in a million. Each session we've done has been better than the last. Even when I think there's no possibility she could've gotten anything, she turns beauty out of chaos. She notices the smallest things, always paying attention and quietly snapping away. Our sessions with her are always relaxed and feel effortless, and it shows in our final photos.
“WE LOVE JILLIAN!!!! My kids kept saying how much fun they had and how it didn’t even feel like they were taking pictures. She gave them choices (which they LOVED), making them feel like they had some say in our session.”
The day of our session my toddlers were being toddlers, my husband didn’t understand how to ignore the camera being around and just act normally, and my dogs wouldn’t leave us alone. I was honestly super bummed when she left because I thought there was no way she got even 1 or 2 good shots with everything going on, but boy was I wrong! She somehow captured so many incredible moments. I loved that she didn’t prompt us very much with how to pose or what to do. We just got to hang out in our home and let life happen.
I chose to initially work with Jillian because she genuinely seemed to care about the people she photographs. She is such a grounded and beautiful person. Although insanely talented, Jillian continues to walk in humility, letting her work speak for itself. I’ll use her for life just based on who she is.

What if we don’t have the best natural light in our home or we're in the middle of a move?
Send me some pics! If we can’t make it work in home, we’ll explore other options.
How far in advance do I need to book?
8-10 weeks! BUT last minute openings do pop up sometimes so always reach out!
Is it too late for me to book a Newborn Session?
Never ever. Baby + the crew will just be that much more settled.
Can my kiddos + spouse join my Maternity Session?
I wouldn’t have it any other way!
What about our dog...can they join too?
Of course! Name a better combo than babies and puppies, I'll wait…
